Chairman
Mr. Short has over 16 years experience in the administration and management of listed public companies. He has extensive experience at board level in the management and formation of public companies in the areas of gold mining, drilling and oil and gas in the USA. He has held the position of Chairman, CFO and Managing Director in a number of listed public companies and has also acted as corporate advisor on a number of public company listings. He and is currently a director of ASX listed companies Regal Resources Limited and Advance Energy Limited.
Director
Mr. Sullivan is a geologist with more than 17 years experience throughout Australia, the Fiji Islands, southern Africa and the Russian Far East and has held senior positions with several Australian publicly listed companies.
Mr. Sullivan has been instrumental in the discovery of several significant gold deposits in Western Australia, and has spent more than 4 years with Cogema, one of the world's largest uranium explorers and producers. Mr. Sullivan has considerable experience in Central Australia and played a key role in assembling this portfolio of Tenements. Mr. Sullivan has a Bachelor of Applied Science and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is a director of ASX listed company Regal Resources Limited.
Director and Company Secretary
Mr. Berzins graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and finance. He has over 20 year experience in the mining industry and was previously Chief Accountant for 6 years at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd ("Kalgoorlie Super Pit"). Since 1996 Mr. Berzins has been Company Secretary for a variety of ASX listed companies, and has also had experience in retail, merchant banking, venture capital and SME business advisory. He is a director of ASX listed company AXG Mining Limited.
